Unfortunate accidental spills occur all the time. Therefore, why not create a portable memory device that protects the owners data from the dangers of coffee, orange juice, and other liquids? Seems like a good idea.
It appears Gidis thought so too. Gidis has developed a waterproof USB drive called the MDrive. The MDrive is very thin and comes in 1GB and 2GB sizes.
The drives are priced at 39,000 KRW (approximately $41.65) and 59,000 KRW (approximately $63.02) for the 1GB and and 2GB models respectively. The MDrive is currently available for purchase on the Korean market.
