Sony once again raises the bar in the flat panel display thickness (or should that be thinness?) war with its new 0.3mm thick OLED display.
It is ten times thinner than Sony’s currently available 11-inch XEL-1 OLED display which is 3mm thick.
Just to give you an idea of how incredibly thin that is, take a look at a stack of three sheets of paper.
The new display has a resolution of 960 X 540. Pricing and availability are not know at this time.
