Sony announced that it had partnered with RealD 3D to use its 3D technology to bring 3D software to home theater markets in 2010.
This partnership will grant Sony licensing privileges to the RealD stereoscopic format, knowledge on how to produce 3D eyewear and other technologies.
The two companies will work together to bring products to the market such as a 3D compatible Bravia and other consumer products that will support the stereoscopic RealD Format.
